At Ulanka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ulanka customer account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain your unique authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original branded packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off or Collection
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a home collection through our logistics partner.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days using your original payment method.
